No, the design on your Snapify Smart Case is printed on an E Ink display, which is durable and resistant to wear and tear, keeping your personalization intact.

3. Do I need to charge the case?
No, our NFC phone cases are designed to operate without an external power source. The screen uses e-ink technology, which maintains the image without a continuous power supply.

4. Is the image displayed on the case permanent?
No, the image can be updated anytime through the app. You can refresh the design as often as you like!

5. How durable is the case?
Our cases are built with high-quality materials to provide protection for your phone, including shock absorption and scratch resistance. They’re designed to be both stylish and functional.

6. Is the app free?
Yes, the app used to manage the images on your NFC phone case is completely free to download and use.

7. Can I return the product if I'm not satisfied?

8. What phone models are supported by Snapify?
Snapify cases are available for iPhone 13, iPhone 14, iPhone 15, and iPhone 16 models. New models will be supported soon.
